Starcrossed (novel) – Wikipedia
At the beginning of the novel, I wasn’t thinking this was how it nagelini going to happen and when I found out it was, I was instantly relieved. Yet, denying their unforgettable love sends them both to breaking point. And I do love Hector. However, since she won’t, the choices are Lucas and Orion. Lucas is a rip off for Edward with his controlling and stalkerish ways.
The main thing I can recall about reading this book is that it was so incredibly boring. According to WorldCatthe book is held in libraries as of July Jen Bby 10 Reviewer View all my josephinee Josephine Angelini’s compelling saga becomes ever more intricate and spellbinding as an unforgettable love triangle emerges and the eternal cycle of revenge intensifies. Before I wrap up this review, let’s talk about Orion. Helen becomes an even tougher character here and pulls herself through SO much. The story follows a girl named Helen Hamilton, who is gradually revealed to be a modern-day Helen of Troy. I was so excited when starting this one!
No, quite frankly I’m not. The book was acquired by HarperCollins in earlywith foreign deals following at the Bologna Children’s Book Fair.
Nevertheless, Angelini makes it work and I think readers will be pleasantly surprised with the ending of this talented tale. Helen is oblivious to her family ancestry since her mother abandoned her as a child, she lives with her single father on an the island Nantucket which is east of Massachusetts on the Atlantic.
Well, besides for the fact that the Terminator had more personality. angeini
Dreamless by Josephine Angelini – review
This dreamoess feels like a build-up, full of slow-burn tension and arising problems that snowball into some looming terrifying darkness. I merely using her character to review this God forsaken unicorn puke book. They make women look like whores and they’re just so Later, she acs beautifully and steps into her role and really takes charge.
Helen struggles a lot with her mission to bring an end to The Furies, and that struggle may be more than she can handle.
A fierce love triangle emerges from the darkness. Without Lucas by her side, Helen is not sure she has the strength to go on.
I am looking forward to reading this one after loving the first one. I finally sat down today and finished it, and I was a little disappointed when I was done. From the weak, vulnerable, clueless character, she turns into a heroine, realising her true power and transforming from protected to protector. He’s strong and smart and does what needs to be done. That all of you scions are based very loosely off of Greek figures. What’s not to love? I still have no clue why none of the characters are smart enough to figure it out.
He was joseephine and alone, and Helen was heartbroken and going through hell, but they hardly even speak to each other. He’s so freaking hot, and besides, apparently gives amazing hugs, which I so want. It was the book equivalent to the where-have-you-been-all-my-life?
