The exposure of the image drum is provided by an LED line – the user practically doesn’t notice any difference. The advantage should be a somewhat deuckerchannel operation and a somewhat more compact design. Nevertheless, the Ricoh is big and heavy – after all, it has a lot to offer: Only the paper cassette is a bit small for a printer of this class with a volume of sheets.
If you need more capacity, you have to upgrade a second paper cassette for or sheets for an extra charge. The “ID-Copy” function is particularly interesting – almost all other multifunction devices now offer this, but the Ricoh model has a separate entry on the left side.
You can insert ID cards such as business cards, ID cards or employee ID cards into the slot and copy or scan them on both sides at the touch of a button on sruckerchannel touchscreen – or both at the same time if you wish.
The toner cartridges, which can be bought later, are sufficient for up to 7, black and 5, colour pages.
Of course, this value is not comparable to the ISO test, as our test is a document with a significantly higher toner application. Ricoh’s SP CSFNw colour laser printer is around 20 cents per full-colour page, making it one of the low-cost printers to maintain.

Or the mechanics can rotate the original automatically. But this takes time and can lead to paper jams. The ideal solution is two scan lines that automatically scan a sheet of paper from both sides in a single pass – teet fast and doesn’t require any mechanics to turn the paper.
