The blurb is basically as complicated as the plot gets. I didn’t want porn I don’t give out a lot of five star romacne but I don’t think it’s possible to over praise this book. But her journey turns tumultuous and she unexpectedly meets Philip, a devastatingly handsome man with an irresistible sense of humor and a great many secrets.
As amazing the second time, if not more! When Philip’s true identity is revealed, Marianne must confront rimance fears as well as her growing affection for him. She created a storyline that eventually became engaging, a hero that was worthy of swooning and created it in a clean environment, though sometimes melodramatically.
The hero wears his heart on his sleeve while still being masculine and the heroine is daring and unconventional while still being true eednbrooke the era and social constraints on a female. There are some books that come along that you know you will instantly love, and Edenbrooke is exactly that for me.
Devious men, a silly sister, horses, silly relations, sorrow, love letters, a duel, books, highway men, fainting, battle of the wits, balls and hidden identity. A tomance read for any romantic.

I remember when it first came out I was drawn to its beautiful cover, it really fits the story so well. My only disappointment was in the length and cost. However, there’s a disastrous run-in with a romsnce while en route to Edenbrooke. Customers who bought this item also bought.
He mysteriously refuses to say who he is. She’s strong, but insecure at the same time. Handsome, rich, and comes off as arrogant when you first meet him. Perfect for lovers of Jane Austen era romances. If all this hasn’t convinced you, I don’t know what will, but I sincerely hope every ro,ance out there picks up this book and enjoys the rare treat it is, because you really don’t know what you’re missing.
From a terrifying run-in with a highwayman to a seemingly harmless flirtation, Marianne finds herself embroiled in an unexpected adventure filled with enough romance and intrigue to keep her mind racing. This book was such a pleasant surprise to a reader getting tired of the ‘same old thing’ with regency romances.

There are many mistaken assumptions and misunderstandings throughout the novel. That’s if I do — maybe I will, in order to complain some more.
