This books is very similar to Joyful Livint, perhaps identical in some parts, livong no matter, the wisdom is worth repeating. My depression obviously didn’t go away from reading a single book, but The Joy of Living set me on a course of self-evaluation and mindfulness that has profoundly changed my life.
First published inthis is a classic work which conveys the experience that mystics of all times have tried to put words to. There were a few times when tries at humor didn’t work of rme, but they were so sweet in their intention I almost blushed.
